Slowly coming back to a normal life after Pixelvärk, I was checking out the short film “O heliga natt” that our assistant Niklas Andersson had entered in the on-line section of the Dragon Awards only to realize that he had won!

Pixelvärk 2010 has come to an end and we are very happy with how it turned out. Thanks to everybody that came to see the performances, the lectures and to those who participated in the workshops! The festival wouldn’t have come together without the help of few people that we would like the opportunity to thank.

We will broadcast the lecure in Audiovisual Collaborations with Ilan Katin 14:00-15:00 (GMT +1)  live and the same for the lecture with VJ Morrsken saturday 11:00-12:00 (GMT +1). I can’t guarantee that the Morrsken lecture will be in english however.

It’s the first time we’re doing this (and kind of thrown together last minute) so we don’t know how it will turn out but we’ll do an honest attempt. Both lectures will probably start 15 minutes after the official start time and might run over the end time.

After taking down our projectors and getting home at 6 in the morning, we’re already up preparing for the Bopa lecture at ABF this afternoon. Why don’t you come and join us?

We are proud to announce that we have booked the artist Ilan Katin who works for Garagecube. Ilan will give a workshop in Modul8 and a lecture in audiovisual collaborations. Exact schedule and a signup form for the workshop will be announced shortly. Stay tuned!
